SIXTY Sees: Max Cooper’s “Resynthesis”

Inspired by the view from outside his high-speed train window, London-based producer Max Cooper set out to translate that experience into music video form with “Resynthesis.” He tasked visual artist Kevin McGloughlin with channeling the illusion of static objects caught up in a sort of visual momentum, appearing to move as you move alongside it. The result: “Resynthesis” as an electrifying smear of light. With Max Cooper’s pulsing soundtrack setting the pace, the video manages to capture the thrill of time, of movement, of travel. Have a watch.
