SIXTY Listens: Vampire Weekend “This Life”

  • Share

Just in time for boat shoe season, Vampire Weekend has released their latest album, Father of the Bride. “This Life” is the kind of pleasant, windows-down, finger-snapping jam the band has perfected since their arrival to the music scene with 2010’s Contra. Buried under the beachy guitar riffs you’ll find lead singer Ezra Koenig’s brand of thoughtful ennui. The band will be touring through North America this fall, stopping in New York for a show at The Garden September 6, and later hitting Los Angeles October 2. If you happen to be staying at SIXTY Beverly Hills or one of our New York properties around then, grab a ticket and mark you calendar. Until then, have a listen to “This Life.”
