SIXTY Listens: Low “Disarray”

  • Share

Perhaps it is the premature hint of fall on the breeze this morning that has put us at SIXTY HQ in a moodier mood than usual–and this new track from ’90s indie band Low is hitting the spot. “Disarray” is a haunting and catchy number, something sort of like pulsing dance music coming through broken speakers, where beautiful harmonies soar above scratchy, electronic beats. It’s not like anything you’ve heard recently. Have a listen below. And, if you happen to be in New York City this fall, the band will be touring their upcoming Double Negative album with three nights of shows at National Sawdust.
